What photos work best?

Use clear, front-facing, full-body photos with nothing covering the face or outfit. The shortest side should be at least 1000 pixels.

Will I receive a proof?

Proof is optional and costs $4.99. It includes one revision. If we do not receive a reply within 48 hours after sending it, the proof is treated as approved.

How long does production take?

Production usually takes 4–6 business days. Shipping time starts after production.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellation is free within 2 hours. After design or production begins, change-of-mind cancellations are not refundable.
